Pine Bush High School Classes of 1973 & 1974 Reunion

Dear Classmate from the Pine Bush High School Classes of 1973 and 1974 

            So time has marched on and we are 40 years older than those bright eyed high school seniors who were ready to tackle the world so long ago. Times have changed…, we have changed… but we all still carry the common bond of being graduates of Pine Bush High School.

 The classes of ’73 and ’74 continue the tradition of a joint reunion and you are invited to join the festivities planned for the weekend of September 12^th and 13^th, 2014.

            The combined 40^th reunion committee has been meeting and the weekend is shaping up as follows:

            Friday night, September 12^th, 2014  

            We will gather at the SOHO Bar and Grill at 14 Crystal Run Crossing in Middletown , just off exit 122 on Route 17. 

             Light food is provided but drinks are on your own. Meet and greet old friends and listen to the music of the Dan Brother Trio from 7:00 - 11:00 pm.

            SOHO is within walking distance of one of the three hotels we have reserved for the reunion weekend

             and shuttle service will also be  provided to and from the hotels on Saturday night to attend our main banquet.

                                   You may choose to stay at:

1)     Courtyard by Marriott – 24 Crystal Run Crossing, Middletown, N.Y  10941  Rooms are $149 for a king room

2)     Hampton Inn – 20 Crystal Run Crossing, Middletown, N.Y.  10941  Rooms are $139 for 2 bed queen or king room

3)     Microtel Inn & Suites – 19 Crystal Run Crossing, Middletown, N.Y.  10941

Reservation information is below and you must call the hotel you choose to make those reservations yourself.

Mention Pine Bush High School Reunion and you will be given a reduced rate.

Please make reservations as soon as possible but no later than August 1, 2014.

            Saturday night, September 13, 2014  

you can take the free shuttle bus provided by the reunion committee from one of the above hotels or drive to the ballroom of the West Hills Country Club at 121 Golf Links Road, Middletown, N.Y.  10940.

Cocktail hour begins at 6:30 pm and is included in the open beer/wine/soda bar from 6:30 – 10:30 pm. A cash bar for other alcoholic drinks will be in place.

Dinner and dancing to the amazing band Four Guys in Disguise with guest vocalist Debbie Major will be from 7:30 – 11:00 pm.

Shuttle service back to the hotels will be available after the dinner/dance.

If you wish to continue the party,

the Bar at the Marriott  has agreed to remain open for us until 1 am to accommodate the hearty partiers in the group! 

 Sunday morning continental breakfast is included in some of the hotel stays – you must inquire when you make your reservations.

If you care to join us at SOHO on Sunday morning for a brunch buffet it is available by reservation (845-692-7577) at a cost of $15.00 per person that is separate from the reunion cost.

            Cost for the entire weekend

(Friday night get together and Saturday night dinner dance) is $100.00 per person.
